Great game with a more competitive twist on the traditional quiz type board games (the stones you steal are the most satisfying!). A few of the 'Catchphrase' style questions were a bit spurious but otherwise the questions are good, taxing different parts of your brain. Only problem: not enough question cards. After a couple of long games we'd gone right through them. Do they sell refills for the boardgame? | |||||||||||
Great fun for any group. Family that like a competitive challenge. Well made with questions ranging from easy to 'just give me a couple of hours to think about it'. | |||||||||||

I and my wife are huge board game fans and have found this one by far the most intriguing game. We are already to the point of needing an expansion pack because of just how often we play. | |||||||||||
I bought perplex city. It is AWSOME. | |||||||||||
Way way too easy, a great dissapointment. This game is so easy that only the person who goes first gets a go and wins easily. The 15+ age rating is massively misleading. The only reason to be that age, is that a select few of the question reference films and songs, that kids won't have seen.
The questions in Cranium are harder to give you a comparison. | |||||||||||
Received my perplexcity board game yesterday and to my surprise, my family wanted "in" on the action! Really nice board and pieces and love the fact that the cards are quite big. A modern take on trivial pursuit-esque game.
The only fault I would find with it is that the cards are not catogorized into skill levels, which my 15 year old sister (and my mum) found frustrating, as the harder questions really are quite hard.
I may go through the cards as we play to make an easier pile for certain players
